Outsourcing

Outsourcing

Increasingly popular due to the growth of companies and their needs, outsourcing within the national market is not easily found. That term is not yet clear and has negative cognition, generally related to the "transfer" of jobs within the USA for foreign companies. "Become synonymous with corporate irresponsibility but outsourcing also offers jobs and community programmes [sic]," according to Paul Klein, The Guardian. Simply, outsourcing is the process of hiring of labor from a foreign supplier, which is often used in industries where there is a shortage of that type of labor.

Why outsourcing?
In general, companies tend to outsource to reduce the expenses of producing products, thereby increasing profit margins. Currently in the world we know that the same amount of work done has different values, an example is China, today China has the lowest rate of wage per hour. According to Brandon Gaille, the main reason for outsourcing was the reduction of operational costs.

How does outsourcing work?
Outsourcing is the practice where a company hires another company or an individual as a service provider. In a technological point of view, software engineers and IT professionals are hired by agencies to facilitate the process of hiring qualified professionals to develop their projects. Outsourcing is a very useful strategy when the important thing is income and productivity.
